EverOps Launches TechPod Talks: A Podcast Designed for Today’s Modern Technology Leaders

By EverOps

TechPod Talks: Hosted by EverOps CEO Stephen Koza

Over the past couple of months, the EverOps team has quietly been working on something new and exciting in the background of our daily operations.

Today, we are thrilled to announce that during the week of April 13th, we will officially debut the first episode of TechPod Talks: a podcast built for the operators and tech-minded individuals behind today’s most ambitious companies.

Beyond surface-level discussions covering the latest tech and DevOps trends, the series will feature practitioner-level conversations with engineers, founders, and technology executives who have firsthand experience navigating some of the hardest problems in modern tech. Our early guests include leaders who have tackled relevant challenges ranging from FinOps and cloud efficiency to AI's impact on engineering roles and organizational decision-making, as well as scaling infrastructure for millions of devices and building high-performing teams without losing leadership authenticity.

Additionally, the series will explore topics that don't typically get enough airtime in traditional industry content, like how to reach the executive level through unconventional career paths, what it actually takes to embed cost discipline into team culture, and how the shift toward AI-native operations is redesigning roles and workflows at the ground level.

The podcast is hosted by EverOps CEO Stephen Koza, whose own background spans engineering, sales, and executive leadership. Guided by his own personal experience, every conversation is designed to connect insight to action and strategy to measurable impact, reflecting the same principles EverOps emphasizes throughout its current partnerships.

TechPod Talks will be available in both audio and video formats, making it easy to engage and stay up to date on the latest releases. Listeners can tune in on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, as well as on the EverOps website, where our dedicated podcast page (coming soon) will serve as the hub of the full episode library.

For teams focused on building better systems, scaling with confidence, and delivering measurable outcomes, this is a podcast worth tuning in for.

Follow Stephen Koza and the EverOps company page on LinkedIn for updates, insightful clips from the episodes, additional behind-the-scenes content, and exclusive conversation starters in the coming weeks ahead.
