EverOps Achieves AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner Status

By EverOps

From Registered Partner To AWS Advanced Tier In Just 15 Months

EverOps is officially an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, moving from Registered to Select to Advanced in just 15 months and giving AWS and its customers a third-party view of its delivery record since its inception in 2012.

In the past year, AWS also approved Assess and Mobilize partner funding for EverOps customer opportunities, further emphasizing its delivery record. Every funded opportunity traces to production results EverOps engineers delivered for customers who then invited AWS into the conversation. The alliance team packaged that record for AWS, and as EverOps Alliances Director Matthew Meyer reinforces, "Our engineers built every result this status stands on."

What AWS Advanced Tier Means for EverOps Customers

AWS describes Advanced Tier Services Partners as partners with "a strong team of trained and certified technical individuals" and proven customer experience. For future clients, the tier reflects AWS's recognition of EverOps' technical depth and proven track record.

Account teams in video games, software, and financial services backed EverOps in customer conversations on the way to this milestone, and the newest Advanced Tier achievement makes it easier for AWS account teams to continue bringing EverOps into their customers’ environments. The tier also opens funding to help engagements get started. AWS lists Partner Opportunity Acceleration funding for proofs of concept and migrations. Assess and Mobilize are the first two phases of the AWS Migration Acceleration Program, which AWS says helps "offset initial migration costs."

An AWS-funded assessment works as a paid evaluation. The funding covers the work of determining whether a migration or modernization makes sense before the customer commits. Nothing starts until both sides administratively approve the funding, so customers begin only the work they know AWS is covering. At the end of the assessment, the customer decides whether to proceed. If they do, the next tranche of partner funding is released to do the work. Customers who want to know which funding applies to their situation can ask the EverOps team at the start of a conversation.

The forward-deployed TechPods stay exactly as they were. Small, senior teams embed directly within the client's environments, earn trust quickly, and own the outcome. EverOps also offers its work directly in AWS Marketplace, including embedded TechPods that help customers adopt infrastructure as code, automate delivery pipelines, and manage cloud spending, as well as a production-validated EKS migration engagement.

Who Made It Happen and What Comes Next

Over the past year, the EverOps team took on new processes and new asks, and the partners who let EverOps into their production environments let the results speak for themselves. Frontline AWS account teams sharpened the EverOps motion and trusted a nimble, boutique partner in front of their customers. Specialists, solutions architects, and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) also contributed, alongside the AWS partner contacts who align EverOps with account managers and manage the partner side of those relationships, the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, and the migration teams.

EverOps is continuing to make strides by pursuing the AWS Migration and Modernization Competency and moving toward the Cloud Operations Services Competency, including a Monitoring and Observability category that aligns with its ongoing Observability engagements. The AWS AI Competency also sits on the roadmap, alongside other Marketplace listings and Marketing Development Funds. Additionally, EverOps offers its own funded engineering engagement for customers taking AI initiatives to market.

EverOps CEO, Stephen Koza, explains: "Advanced Tier doesn't change how we work. It changes how quickly a customer gets to the real problem, because their AWS account team now has a verified record of what our engineers have shipped in production. Less time proving ourselves means more time fixing what's actually slowing them down."
